1. The Service
Piggi lets you link your financial accounts through trusted third-party providers. We calculate the difference between each eligible transaction and the next whole dollar (a "Round-Up"). When your accumulated Round-Ups reach your threshold (minimum $5.00), we initiate a transfer from your designated bank account and remit the funds to the 501(c)(3) organization you selected.
2. Your Account
You must be 18 or older to use Piggi. You agree to provide accurate registration information, keep it current, and safeguard your password. You may close your account and unlink your financial accounts at any time.
3. Payment Authorization
By connecting a payment method you authorize Piggi to initiate ACH debits for your accumulated Round-Ups when your threshold is met. You'll be notified before each transfer. Round-up donations are always debited from your linked bank account — never charged to a credit card. If your account has insufficient funds, the transfer will not complete; you are responsible for any fees your bank may charge.
4. Donations
All donations are made to the charity you select; Piggi acts as a conduit and facilitator and does not take ownership of donated funds. Donations are disbursed to charities on a regular (typically monthly) schedule, less third-party processing fees, and are generally non-refundable. Piggi is not responsible for how a charity uses donated funds.
5. Third-Party Services
Piggi uses third-party services, including Plaid to securely connect your bank accounts and payment processors to move funds. Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers' terms. We are not responsible for the performance or security of third-party services.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its look and feel, remain the exclusive property of Designed Partners, LLC and its licensors.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Designed Partners, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
