• Account information you provide: name, email, phone, date of birth, mailing address, and an encrypted password.
• Financial information needed to operate the service: linked account details, transaction history, and balances — received through Plaid, our secure bank-connection provider. Your bank login credentials are never stored by Piggi.
• Donation preferences: selected charities, thresholds, and frequency settings.
• Automatic data: device, usage, approximate location, and cookie data used to operate and improve the Service.

How We Use It

• To calculate round-ups, process donations, and disburse funds to your selected charities
• To send donation confirmations, monthly summaries, and tax receipts
• To secure the Service, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations (including AML/KYC)
• To improve the product and, with your consent, send marketing communications

What We Don't Do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not store your bank login credentials.
• We do not share personally identifiable donor data with charities without your consent — partner organizations receive aggregate reporting only.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. We honor all valid, authenticated requests within legally required timeframes.
